SkyClub Italia - TOURS -

The tour is divided into 10 legs and runs counter-clockwise around the entire coast of the Adriatic Sea, allowing to appreciate the remarkable differences between the western and eastern side. We will start from Venice Lido and follow the Italian shore south-eastwards down to to the Salento peninsula, then cross the sea to Albania and go on north-westwards along the jagged ex-Yugoslavian coastline, rich of islands with their characteristic stretched shape, touching Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia. Finally, from Istria, we will come back to Italy, heading to Venice Tessera where the tour ends.

Il tour si sviluppa in 10 tappe e percorre in senso antiorario l’intera costa del mar Adriatico, permettendo di apprezzare le notevoli differenze tra i due versanti occidentale e orientale.Si parte da Venezia Lido e si percorre verso sud-est la riva italiana fino alla penisola salentina, quindi si attraversa il mare verso l’Albania e si risale a nord-ovest lungo la costa ex-jugoslava frastagliata e ricca di isole dalla caratteristica forma allungata, toccando Montenegro, Bosnia, Croazia e Slovenia. Dall’Istria si rientra infine in Italia dirigendosi a Venezia Tessera dove il tour si chiude.

• The legs are to be carried out in the order shown, connected to the IVAO network, at the normal simulation speed. It is admitted the daylight/VMC simulation.
• Before taxiing out and after parking at the gate or apron you must be online for a period of minimum 6 minutes.
• Once you have traveled a leg, send the PIREP via the Sky Club website; on the tour page you will find the status of your tour.
• Pay close attention to the flight plan compilation, to comply with the charts and the Visual Flight Rules; always make sure you have the VMC for the conduct of the whole leg.
• The legs can be flown only on aircraft with piston engines (SEP/MEP).
• The route from departure to arrival airport is at the complete discretion of the pilot. All P areas are forbidden. The R and TRA areas are considered active 24h/24 for this tour and are not admitted, while the D zones are considered open.
• The tour is open to all SCI pilots who have Practitioner or higher ranking, because it runs for a long part outside Italy.
• Upon completion of the tour you will be granted the award in your personal logbook.

• Le tappe vanno svolte nell’ordine indicato, connessi al network di IVAO, alla normale velocità di simulazione. È ammessa la daylight/VMC simulation.
• Prima del taxi verso la pista e dopo il taxi verso lo stand/apron bisogna rimanere online fermi per un periodo di alemno 6 minuti.
• Una volta percorsa una tappa, inviate il PIREP tramite il sito web di Sky Club Italia; nella pagina del tour troverete lo status del vostro tour.
• Prestate massima attenzione alla compilazione del piano di volo, al rispetto delle carte e alle regole del volo a vista; assicuratevi sempre di avere le VMC per lo svolgimento dell’intera tratta.
• Le tratte possono essere volate solo con aerei dotati di motori a pistoni (SEP/MEP).
• Il percorso dall’aeroporto di partenza a quello di arrivo è a completa discrezione del pilota. Sono proibite tutte le zone P. Le zone R e le TRA in questo tour si considerano attive 24 h su 24 e non è ammesso entrarvi, mentre le zone D si considerano aperte al volo.
• Questo tour è aperto ai piloti SCI con ranking Practitioner o superiore, poiché si svolge per buona parte all’estero.
• Al completamento del tour vi sarà assegnato l’award nel Vostro personale libretto di volo.
