Chief executive entitled to:

• ensure the quality of the club
• determine the founding principles of the club and their possible evolutions
• represent the club
• cover any operational holes for unforeseen situations

CEO’s partners for each duty entitled to:

• represent his duty at the staff assembly
• ensur the quality of his duty
• cooperate to determine the founding principles of the club and their possible evolutions
• execute his duty

Identified duties are:

• flight school and ATC
• The FSE plugin / OnAir plugin
• flight operations
• communications

In case of voting, the president’s vote is worth as much as everyone else, except in the case of a tie (for absence or abstention) that will be counted twice.

• maintain with the help of anyone deemed appropriate the teaching materials
• resolve disputes between student and tutor, to the point even to appoint another tutor
• cooperate to determine the founding principles of the club and their possible evolutions
• keep an updated catalog of student/tutor pairs
• coordinate the tutors
• assign the tutor of a new pilot (novice)
• keep and publishe an updated list of authorized members to operate as ATC to support
  • events, intermediate checks and exams
  • every time a pilot needs practical help
• if company ATCs are not eligible for a given situation, he looks for third party partners

• arrange club’s events
• validate the rank change
• promote and ensur a presence, however small, of the club pilots to the IVAO events in particular in relation to ADC and APP exams

• flight plan consulting
• monitor students activity over the network
